SPEED & STRENGTH PROGRAMS
HitStreak’s Speed and Strength program is directed by Jeff Knabenshue. Jeff wants to change players’ lives by personally offering the kinds of services that he was able to take advantage of during his playing career. Jeff will customize a workout that will help the player reach her goals and get all the strength and speed she can access from her body. Jeff will instill self discipline and a work ethic that can carry the player to new heights in their playing careers!
